These terms apply to Comic AI, provided by the application provider identified in the App Store. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13, or the higher age required locally, and obtain guardian consent if required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You retain rights in content you submit and authorize processing needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive or exploitative content, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate images. Do not bypass payment or security controls, abuse free access or disrupt the service. Protect your device and account credentials.
Paid items, benefits, prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Restoring purchases is subject to the store’s eligible purchase records and does not reissue consumed items. The purchase screen and server records determine available benefits.
AI results may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusive rights, commercial clearance or non-infringement. Review results and obtain any necessary permissions before use. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is processed. Third-party services are subject to their applicable terms and policies. No rights in the app’s or third parties’ trademarks or technology are granted beyond lawful use of the service.
The service is provided as available and may experience delays, errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee a specific result or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms with any notice or consent required by law and respect applicable rights in existing purchases. Access may be restricted for material violations or security risks. Contact us about disputes; your rights under mandatory local law remain unaffected. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app license where applicable.
